Constraint
General job boards fail pharmaceutical hiring in both directions: candidates cannot express that they do pharmacovigilance rather than "science", and employers cannot filter for it. The two audiences also want opposite first screens — one wants to search, the other wants to post — and a single generic hero serves neither.
Decision
The search console takes the three axes that actually discriminate in this industry — keyword, location, and role — and the popular queries below it are the real disciplines, not tags. Candidate and employer are split into two declared lanes on first contact rather than being funnelled through one call to action.
Consequence
The prototype was ported to the App Router with routes server-rendered and per-route metadata, so every job and company page is independently indexable — the thing a marketplace lives or dies by. The counters shown on the marketing surface are prototype figures and are not audited.
